Cypress Environmental About Us Cypress Environmental of Bay County, LLC is located in Panama City, Florida, providing professional environmental consulting services specializing in state and federal regulatory / proprietary issues. Our technical experience consists of over 25 years of state and federal regulatory experience in land use planning, environmental permitting, and compliance/enforcement resolution particularly in Florida, but throughout the Southeast. Federal experience includes both Section 10 (permitting in navigable waters) and Section 404 (wetlands dredge and fill) permitting, compliance, and enforcement issues involving the US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as, the US Environmental Protection Agency. Our range of clients includes private sector entities such as private individual land owners, single family residential owners, real estate professionals, and commercial developers, as well as, public sector entities, such as state, county and city governments.
